My mouth is watering just thinking about this, let alone looking at all the delectable images we're seeing online promoting the upcoming pancake day and how restaurants and cafes are luring consumers in with their over indulgent menus.

They specialise in chicken dishes that are marinated for 24h in a secret blend of herbs and spices and then slowly cooked and finished on the spit. Why wouldn't you want to try some on top of a fluffy stack of pancakes, they call it the perfect all rounder!
