Matthew is an experienced Head of Asset Management with a proven track record in the real estate industry. Skilled in landlord and customer relations and delivering long-term sustainable outperformance, Matthew has over 20 years’ experience working in the retail park sector. He is a qualified Charted Surveyor and holds an MA in Estate Management from London South Bank University. Matthew is currently Head of Asset Management (Retail Parks) at British Land, with over 13 years at the company. Previous roles include Head of Retail Asset Management, and he has led strategic initiatives for over a decade. Before joining British Land, Matthew worked at Henderson Global Investors and DTZ.
